Shipping policy

We want you to feel completely confident ordering from us. Here is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping, pickup, and the rare situation where something does not go as planned.

 

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is free, always. When your order is ready we will send you a message to confirm a pickup time at our Lithonia studio. Most pickups are arranged within a flexible window that works for your schedule. We are in DeKalb County — if you are local, this is almost always the fastest and easiest option.

 

SHIPPING

 

We ship anywhere in the US via USPS or UPS depending on order size. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination. Most orders ship within one business day of completion.

 

Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after order completion

Expedited shipping: available at checkout for an additional fee

 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

If you're ordering around a holiday or for a special event, don't leave it to chance. Select Priority at checkout and message us with your delivery needs.

We'll move with intention and make it work.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

TURNAROUND TIME

 

Most single custom orders are ready in 3-7 business days from proof approval. Bulk orders of 25+ units take 7–10 business days. Rush turnaround may be available, reach out before ordering if you have a tight deadline.

 

Please note: turnaround time begins after you approve your digital proof, not after you place your order.

 

RETURNS & REPRINTS

 

We stand behind everything we make. If there is a production error on our end wrong design, wrong size, defective print, damaged item, we will reprint or refund in full. No argument, no hassle.

 

Because every order is custom made specifically for you, we are not able to accept returns for customer error on an approved proof. This is why we send a proof before every single order, please take the time to review it carefully before you approve it.

 

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right immediately.
