We want you to feel completely confident ordering from us. Here is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping, pickup, and the rare situation where something does not go as planned.

 

LOCAL PICKUP
Free, always. Once your order's ready, we'll reach out to set up a pickup time at our Lithonia studio in DeKalb County. If you're local, this is your fastest option.

SHIPPING
We ship anywhere in the US via USPS or UPS, with cost calculated at checkout based on size and destination. Most orders ship within 1 business day of completion.

Standard: 3-5 business days
Expedited: available at checkout for an extra fee

We don't ship internationally yet.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING
Cutting it close for a holiday or event? Choose Priority at checkout and message us your deadline. We'll move with intention and make it happen.

TURNAROUND TIME
Single custom orders: 3-7 business days after proof approval
Bulk orders (25+ units): 7-10 business days
Tight deadline? Reach out before ordering to ask about rush options.

Heads up, turnaround starts once you approve your proof, not when you place the order.

RETURNS & REPRINTS
We stand behind our work. Wrong design, wrong size, defective print, damaged item? We'll reprint or refund, no argument, no hassle.

Since every order is made specifically for you, we can't accept returns for errors on an approved proof, which is exactly why we send one first. Take a minute to review it closely before approving.

Item arrive damaged? Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

One thing to keep in mind when you paste this in: type it directly into the Shopify policy box, or paste with Ctrl+Shift+V (Cmd+Shift+V on Mac) instead of a regular paste. That strips out any hidden formatting so you don't end up back at square one with invisible text.
